-Commissions are for personal use only unless you have paid for commercial rights. The art may be used as profile pictures/banners but may not be used for profit otherwise.-I own ALL rights to the work, and may showcase your art for my socials and promotional posts.-Putting my work into any AI engine is prohibited and will lead to being blacklisted.-Fanart commissions consisting of characters from any game/series/etc may be used by me to produce physical prints and other merchandise for my shop as I see fit.-The prices I have listed are the base price. These prices may increase depending on the complexity of the commission.
I have the right to decline any commission if i feel that my skill level may not meet your request or if the commission falls under subjects i will not do or for any other reason.-Commissions may take a while to be completed so please be patient. Rush orders will incur additional fees. Updates will be delivered and you will be notified of any delays to the progression of the commission.-Reposting and sharing the artwork is OK, but please give credit to me. my socials are in my carrd.-please provide as many references as you can. This will ensure that i will be able to better fufill your request and avoid any unesesary mistakes.---------------------------------------------------------------------------------------~ For Payments:-Payments must me made through either paypal or ko-fi. a deposit of 50% (non refundable) must be paid before i start working. Once the sketch has been approved the remaining balance must be paid in full before i continue working and finish the request.-If for reasons you need to cancel your commission after paying the 50% deposit but BEFORE the sketch has been approved, I can give a partial refund (I will keep 25% of the total cost minimum).-In the rare event I feel that I cannot complete the commission at all, I can give a partial refund depending on how much I have completed. (I will keep 25% of the total cost minimum).-Please be kind. Any aggressive, rude, or inappropriate behavior against me during the process will result in me canceling the commission. You will be refunded for the commission upon cancellation by me, but I will be keeping 50% of the total payment.---------------------------------------------------------------------------------------~ Process:-Upon starting, I will send progress images of the sketch for your review to approve or make revisions before I proceed to finish the artwork. Once I receive confirmation of the sketch for me to continue working, refunds may not be requested at this point unless issued by me.-Once I am finished, I will send one final check for your review. Three minor revisions may be requested. More than three will incur an additional fee that must be paid in full before I proceed to make adjustments.-Once the finalized artwork is accepted, I will DM you full resolution .png files of the work and
